IThe MOSAIC project aims to develop innovative hydraulic tiles using Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC), combined with craft methods and 3D printing techniques. The new tiles, inspired by Granada’s historical elements, will provide eco-friendly and more durable solutions, creating a new decorative identity for the city

Achieved Results

  • The MOSAIC project successfully developed UHPC materials at pilot scale (TRL6), produced 100 hydraulic tiles with two artistic designs for Granada’s pavements, and tested the installation process at TESELA facilities. The project also reached TRL7, refining the system before real-world implementation, and established a dissemination strategy while generating patents and utility models
