Achieved Results

● Be Young Radio has become a vibrant platform not only for peer-to-peer dialogue, but also for intergenerational exchange and civic engagement. The project has demonstrated the potential of a sustainable youth-driven media network, rooted in creativity, social responsibility, and cultural inclusivity.
Organization of in-person intensive training held in September 2024 at the headquarters of VoiceBookRadioCom in Rome. Over three days teenagers from various regions across Italy participated in practical workshops focused on audio/video production, editorial planning, storytelling, public speaking, podcast creation, and music programming.
● Young participants began actively producing and broadcasting original content, engaging with live audiences, and consolidating the radio’s identity and presence in the national youth communication landscape.
Participation in 7th Italian Youth Forum (Padua, March 2025), as media partner, conducting around 30 interviews with leading institutional and entrepreneurial figures in the fields of education, accessibility, culture, and sustainability (including figures from the Italian UNESCO Youth Association, UNESCO, Confcommercio Padova, Università di Padova, Fondazione Cariparo, Venetian Cluster, ICOM, Rotary Club, and more);
● Developed a growing ecosystem of collaborators who recognize the potential of youth media as a tool for civic engagement and innovation.
● Participation at Job&Orienta 2024 (Verona), youth participants acted as field reporters, interviewing stakeholders and producing audio content. This helped them strengthen their public communication and technical media skills.
